Not sure what to say?

I remember meeting with Mr. Walker when I was an undergraduate, and later as a graduate student, at WMU. I was greatly impressed by his kindness and interest in my educational and career goals.

I would occasionally run into him out in the community, and he consistently showed interest and concern regarding my path. I was impressed that he moved about with purpose and conviction, wherever he went.

He was always hailed as a good fellow, well met.

I pray a peace, that...

Very proud to have served with Mosses on the Mental Board for several years I found him to be a caring and knowledgeable man. Thank you Mosses for your service to Kalamazoo.

You will be truly missed, Moses Walker

I MET MOSES IN 1950 AT PRETTY LAKE VACATION CAMP. WE DIDN'T SEE EACH OTHER VERY OFTEN BUT WHEN WE DID THERE WAS ALWAYS KIND WORDS AND A HUG. HE WILL SURLEY BE MISSED. RIP MY FRIEND.

Dyson, Thompson, Walker

Moses Walker was a long time (30) years friend of mine. We played almost every golf course in Michigan. He was truly one of a kind and a really dear friend. We last talked in 2006.

Moses Walker was a friend and an inspiration. He was an example of the right way to act, treat others, express your self in both private and public settings and, of course, dress! I always looked forward to seeing Moses and truly enjoyed sharing time with him. I will miss him and his passing is a loss to our community at large and for all those who knew him.

Karen and I express our deepest sympathy. It was both a pleasure and privilege to work with Moses at Borgess and the Family Health Center. You will be in our thoughts and prayers . Karen and Paul Spaude

Moses was a friend, a professional mentor, and someone whom I looked up to in the community. I first met Moses in 1985 when I began working in news at Ch. 3, and I was always impressed by the respect he garnered throughout the community. A tremendous loss for our community, yet someone whom I will always remember as an example of service to others.
