It is with sad hearts that we acknowledge the passing of the late Mr. Charlie Butcher, Jr.  Mr. Butcher, 93, of Belzoni, MS, found eternal peace on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at South Sunflower County Hospital in Indianola, MS. 

The Public visitation will be Friday, May 31, 2024, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Belzoni, MS.

The Homegoing Celebration will be Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 12:00 noon at White Star M.B. Church, Belzoni, MS. 

The interment will be at Wasp Lake Chapel Church Cemetery, Belzoni, MS.

Mr. Butcher is survived by his children, Melody White, Darrell Butcher, Dorothy Hayes, Charlie Butcher, III, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.
