Funeral services will be held Friday, 12:00 Noon, at the Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 889 Camden Road, Vance, South Carolina. The Reverend Roy Lee Durant, Sr., pastor, will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Felder Cemetery, Highway 45, Vance, South Carolina. Viewing will be Thursday, from Noon until 8:00 pm.
Anthony Sherhard Jamison was born August 16, 1981 in Charleston, South Carolina to Lucinda M. Jamison and Anthony A. Brown. He departed this life for eternal rest on Sunday May 11, 2014.
Anthony grew up in Orangeburg, South Carolina and attended public schools. He attended Continental School for heavy machinery in Dayton, Ohio. He attended Red Hill Baptist Church, Santee, South Carolina and Deep Creek Baptist Church, Walterboro, South Carolina during his younger years.
Anthony was blessed to have two wonderful children.
He leaves to cherish his memory: a son, Qveyon Brykem Dontravious Abraham, of Santee, South Carolina and a daughter Anaiyah Olivia Nevaeh Jamison, of Anderson, South Carolina, South Carolina; his mother and stepfather, Lucinda & Anthony Earnest, of Stone Mountain, Georgia; devoted maternal grandparents, Reverend & Mrs. Jesse, Jr. (Margaret), of Holly Hill, South Carolina, paternal grandparents, Ms. Virginia Brown, of Orangeburg, South Carolina and Mr. Jerome Jenkins, of Santee, South Carolina; one sister, Angel Kennetha Yvonne Jenkins, of Stone Mountain, Georgia; special men who were present as father figures: Kenneth Jerome Jenkins, of Santee, South Carolina and Walter Lee Johnson, of Houston, Texas; uncles: Kendall Jamison, of Clearmont, Florida, David Jamison, of Columbia, South Carolina and Billy Brown (Cindy), of Crockett, Texas; aunts: Jessie Mae Holloway (Lonnie), of Columbia, South Carolina, Jennifer Brown and Brenda Green (Ronald), both of Orangeburg, South Carolina; special step aunts and uncles; a niece, Brooke, Kinaya Gibson and a nephew, Brayen Keyvon Gibson, both of Stone Mountain, Georgia; Anthony's friend, Jovanni Roderick, of Anderson, South Carolina and a host of cousins and friends.
Friends may call at the residence of his maternal grandparents, Reverend and Mrs. Jesse Jamison, Jr., 387 Academy Lane, Holly Hill, South Carolina and at the funeral home.
