VISITATION:  Friday, November 13, 2020


                       Lighthouse of Hope Church


                       5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.


Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Lighthouse of Hope Church for Mr. Mark Dewayne Walley, age 55, of Richton.  Mr. Walley passed away on November 11, 2020 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.  Bro. Brad Nicholson will officiate the service with burial to follow in the Eastside Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Muril Walley, Scott Browder, Jeff McLain, T.J. Walley, Michael Walley, Heath Simmons, Kolby Walley and Devin Walley.


Mr. Walley was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.  He was employed at the Leaf River Cellulose/Georgia Pacific for over 37 years as a woodyard supervisor. 


Mr. Walley was preceded in death by his mother, Jannice Browder Walley Burnett; father, Mitchell Walley; sister, Joy Dykes; Grandparents, Elmer and Willie Mae Browder; grandparents, John and Sara Jane Walley; step-father, Timothy Burnett; father-in-law, Frank McCray.  He is survived by his wife, Jackie Rivers Walley of Richton; daughter, Rachel Walley (Rusty) Cochran of Greenwood, TX; son, Eric D. Walley of Richton; grandchildren, Hunter Cochran of Greenwood, TX, Mason Cochran of Greenwood, TX, Lawson Walley of Richton, Gulliver Cochran of Greenwood, TX; mother-in-law, Nancy McCray of Richton; brothers, Terry Walley of Richton, Muril (Eileen) Walley of Richton; sisters, Janita West of Lucedale, Jackie (Ricky) Simmons of Waynesboro; Natasha (Billy Ray) Brewer of Richton; Lora Jane Walley of Richton, Angie Best of Richton, Katrina (Brandon) Edwards of Richton.


Visitation will be Friday, November 13, 2020 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Lighthouse of Hope Church in Richton.
