Not sure what to say?

It is very sad to know we will never hear the friendly voice of KB5EKW on the radio ever again.
Wayne was a person I always enjoyed talking to over the air. He will be missed.

My heart is broken over hearing the news of Chief’s passing. Another great man has left this earth. He made a difference in many lives and his life example will now continue on in us.
We stand strong for the Blue Line!

I and many others of the Amateur Radio ranks will miss Wayne, KB5EKW. I have talked to Wayne many times on the airwaves. Wayne was always, pleasant, and kind to others on the air. Wayne enjoyed repairing old unworking amateur radio equipment. He also loved to build radio items from scrap parts. He will be sorely missed as a friend and on the airwaves. My condolences to the family. Curt N5CW Petal, Ms
