Mr. Willie James Clayborne
 


It is with very sad hearts that we acknowledge the passing of the late Mr. Willie James Clayborne of Jackson, MS. Mr. Clayborne, Age: 56 formerly of Midnight, MS, closed his eyes to rest on Monday, August 31, 2020 at home in Jackson, MS.


 
He is survived by 4 daughters, Annitra Cotton, Latifah Clayborne, Nevetta Clayborne and Ashley Johnson, 10 brothers, Parnell Clayborne, Ernest Clayborne, Tommie Clayborne, Cleother Clayborne, Hubbert Carr, Charleston Carr, David Carr, Henry Combs, Isiah Williams and Frankie Brown, 7 sisters, Dorothy McPherson, Shirley C. Williams, Mary Clayborne, Reachel Friend, Christeen Conner, Dorothy Givens and Willie Mae Armstrong, A very special friend, Elaine Watts, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.


 
The Hinds County visitation will be on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at:
                                        Zion Travelers M. B. Church,
                                        925 W. Pearl Street
                                        Jackson, MS 39203


 
Officiating: Dr. Daniel Watkins, Pastor


 
The Humphreys County visitation will be on Friday, September 4, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at New Life St. Paul COGIC, Belzoni, MS
 


The graveside service will be Private.
 


Please keep the entire Clayborne Family in your prayers
 


**Due to the guidelines set forth by the CDC, Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves and the Mississippi State Board of Funeral Service, as it pertains to COVID-19 pandemic, we can have no more than 25 people present for the visitation and 50 people present for the graveside service.
