Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 22, 2023 for Mrs. Nelda Marie Carroll, age 85, of Laurel.  Mrs. Carroll passed from this life on March 18, 2023 at her residence.  Freddy Hammonds will speak at the service.  Serving as pallbearers will be Nicholas Trevino, Deon Trevino, Harley Trevino, Michael Trevino, Joe Hammonds, and Joseph Hammonds. 

Mrs. Carroll was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Arthur Carroll; parents, John and Ada Little; sons, Leon Carroll and Donald Carroll; brothers, George Little and Raymond Little; and sisters, Alene Manning, Lorene Carroll, and Karen Anderson.

She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Jordan of Ellisville; son, Ronald Carroll of Laurel; grandsons, Tony Trevino of Laurel, Nicholas Trevino of Ellisville, Deon Trevino of Ovett, Leon Trevino of Ellisville; great grandchildren, Harley Trevino, Michael Trevino, Kaleigh Trevino, Kenzie Trevino, Katelyn Lunsford; great great grandchildren, Tobias Trevino, Brayden Trevino, Amylia Lunsford, and Ayden Lunsford.
