My sincere condolences to the Briggs family. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a great friend to the Lightfoot clan and special friend to my aunt (Mrs. Dumars).

Sister Briggs such a sweet lady I meet this beautiful lady in 1983 on Northwestern Campus. Just a few months ago I got a chance to see her in the bank still Sassy as ever whenever I seen her she would give me the warmest hug, To her Grown Kids your Mom was a Jewel in my eyesight I will never forget our time together.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
