My quiet friend. We could sit on the porch and talk about this or that, we could sit there and not talk at all, just watch the people passing by. There was such a sweetness about you, such and intelligence, and a humor of your own. Now you had your moments when you could get just a little bit feiesty when you wanted to or someone rubbed you the wrong way, my girl :) You will be missed my friend.

Dearest Perry Family,

We are sorry to hear of Darleen passing. She is now in God's Castle. We all loved
her very much. She was a loveable individual, even though she was quiet, very hard worker and always had kind words
for everyone. We had good times on East 84th and they will never be forgotten. So to the Family, if you feel down and out reverse back to the good times you shared with Darleen and read the "Footprints" he will then carry along the way.
