Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathies to the entire Korba and Sudicky Families. Father Frank and my father went to high school together and then I had the pleasure and luck of meeting and becoming very close friends with his nephew Mark Sudicky while I was in high school. In the summer of '79, Mark, Chris Bukowski, and I visited Father Frank one summer in Parma, Ohio. It was one of the greatest vacations I've had. Father Frank has always held a dear place in our hearts. In fact, Father Frank officiated my...

So sad to hear of Fr. Frank´s passing. We use to have wonderful conversations while weeding the roses in the St. Nicholas garden. He was a wonderful, caring and kind man and heaven has gained a true Angel.

Our family loved Msgr. Frank. He was kind, generous, witty, and devoted to God, his family, his parish and the community. Msgr. Frank´s mother and my grandmother came to America together from Habura, Slovakia in 1920. My mother was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Church. She enjoyed all the special events Msgr. Frank held for his parishioners especially the religious education classes he taught. It was truly an honor and privilege knowing Msgr. Frank. We will miss him dearly. Vicnaja Pamjat!...

Father Korba encouraged my parents-in-law (Emil & Ruby Duffala) not only to serve the Lord in the St. Nicholas congregation, but also to take instructional and educational classes on the Byzantine faith and practices that he taught. They became better people and better Catholics because of his charismatic and persuasive demeanor. His smile was endearing. He will be missed, but is now looking into the face of Christ Jesus - where we all want to be one day.

So very sorry to read this. My wife and I were both teachers at Danbury-Lakeside when he´s was in Marblehead- Lakeside. Through the many students we were in contact with and him as as well we became friends. He was incredible person and will be missed by all who knew him.. Dee & Dave Slosser

Msgr. Frank Korba was such a beautiful soul. My family, who attended St. Mary's Chicago/Mission, were good friends with him. Talking with Msgr. Korba at the Midwest St. Nicholas dinners and annually at the Pilgrimages in Uniontown always put a smile on our faces. He was truly an ambassador of Christ on this earth. Eternal Memory Msgr. Korba - Vichnaja Pamjat!

VICNAJA PAMJAT ETERNAL MEMORY BLESSED REPOSE
