Muriel Enid Brandt

I love this picture of our Muriel. It captures her. I'm so happy I was able to join family and friends yesterday to celebrate this lovely lady. She was a wonderful friend to me and my family. Two of my grandchildren here in Torrance have fond memories of Muriel. Their favorite was when she would make the sounds of a cat for them. I knew your mother as MICKEY. I worked under her at the Auto Club down on Adams and Fig. 60 years ago. OMG!!! That was my first and only job out of high school. She was a great boss and taught me alot about work and life. I was there 6 years, then I started my family.
So sorry she is gone and I know she will be missed.

I was so sorry to read of the passing of your mother. I worked with Muriel at South Bay Hospital many years ago and remember what a pleasure it was to work with her. She was a compasionate person not only to her fellow nurses but to her patients as well. It was a privilege knowing her.
