Hey Mum, Happy Birthday, hope your having a great day!
Time is flying by huh. Only feels like Christmas was a few weeks ago. So you know Dad hasn't been well in recent times. Gave us a scare back in April with his pancreas playing up. Getting better now but the future seems a tad hazy for him. Will try and get up to Brissy again soon to spend some time with him.
8 years coming up since you left us, still struggle with it mum, especially on these important days when I cant see or talk to...

Sorry i haven't written for a while, life has been busy as i'm sure you know. Promise to come visit on next trip to Bris.
Personally, I don't feel i'm doing too good though at the moment.
Anxiety is creeping in, I cry at the drop of a hat and when i reflect on the past 10 - 15 years, well i guess that's where the anxiety is coming from. Would be great if you can help me through this as i'm really struggling.

Hey mum, what a year so far huh.
Allana turned 16, Tayla turned 20, Carmel, Janine and myself all turn 50 within a month. And then I look at August and then realise 6 years has gone by. I really miss you mum, especially this year with so many milestones happening. Can't do anything about it except chat to you here. I know you know that, don't be frustrated. I guess its simply something that I need to work through.
