Not sure what to say?

I only met Muriel about 10 years ago while working at CR. Even so, she always recognized me when I'd see her at the Home Tours! She knew so many people and I was very proud that she included me in her vast number of friends. It was an honor to know her, and I will miss her very much. She's one of the grand persons of the ages...

Muriel was my supervisor at College of the Redwoods from 1980 to 1982. She was a wonderful person and a great supporter of the Arts. She had a wonderful smile and I will always remember her juggling 5 jobs at once. She was a very kind person and I will always think of her fondly and miss her.Judy Bardella Bailey

My candle burns at both ends;
It will not last the night,
But ah, my foes, and oh my friends,
It gives a lovely light!
Edna St. Vincent

That's how I remember Muriel, a lovely light.

Judy & Joe Bresnan

Some people only bring light. Muriel was certainly one of them. We are all richer for having met her.

Your Mother was very special. When our Mother, Jan, was suffering from a debilitating illness your Mom would often arrive with a special arrangement or other treat to cheer Mom up.

She was also very kind to me, including me in events and always saying hello.

I will remember her well.

Lisa

Muriel represented the best of Eureka and Humboldt County. Her smile and elegant nature were a gift. She will be greatly missed.

Love and blessings to the family.

Dear Sam and all of the Dinsmore family.
I so appreciate you lettting me know of Muriel's passing.
She will be missed by so many people.
Muriel was probably the first person I met when Cedric and I and our 3 sons arrived in Eureka. She was so welcoming and such a lifesaver for
Cedric and for me in those early days. Cedric appreciated and depended on her for "all things social" and she shepherded me in so many ways.
She was a special person and a wonderful friend and...

Dear Dinsmore Family:

I was startled that Muriel gave a Petaluma address in her remarks for my old art teacher a week ago. But i am glad to see she had a daughter in Petaluma.

Muriel and I may have gotten to know each other in the 19060's, when we were active in DeMolay and Job's Daughters.

She was great help to Eureka and Humboldt Bay area and it will be hard for anyone to replace her.

I'm sure many people liked her and even more appreciated her work for the...
