Not sure what to say?

Betty Sue and all, Muriel was an elegant, feisty and lovely lady. Her love and support of you (Betty Sue) was very clear and very apparent. 99 years...wow...what stories she carried! The memories you have will bring smiles to your faces for eternity. She will be missed. XXOO

Betty, I am so sorry for your deep loss. There is nothing so dear as a mother's smile. I know you were blessed to see Muriel's all the time; and you will carry that image in your heart forever. Please be comforted by the knowledge that though your loss is so great, it's only because the love was immeasurably greater.

We enjoyed playing music for Muriel. She especially liked Oh, What A Beautiful Morning. We will miss her special smile. Wayne and Lois Ann Davisson

What a wonderful lady to the end. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of her life. The Nail Lady from Clearwater Springs Janell

I will never forget the honor of talking care of her. She changed my life and was a joy to be around. The glow of her smile and the beauty in her eyes will always be a fond memory. Rest well my Sweet Pea! You will always be in my heart

I talked with Mrs. Fowler very early in the morning on many occasions when I worked as the Substitute Clerk for the BGSD. She was always ready to teach in any position requested. She was frequently the first choice of the regular teachers because they knew she would do a good job in his/her absence. I'm sure her spirit will live on in her family. Muriel taught with Marcia at Glenwood, Battle Ground Schools and through church knew her. Marcia and I both have fond memories of Muriel and I of LaSalle also. I tell friends about stories I have heard of their living in Kansas. Prayers go out to family with love.

Mrs. Fowler was a role model for me as an educator and as a lady. I loved her charming style and her love for others which was revealed in her welcoming smile. I was blessed to know her. . . Jane Scott
