Murray Falk was the first attorney I ever worked for when I graduated from Boston Business School. It was at the law firm of Moulton, Looney, Mazzone, Falk & Markham, and I remember that he was hesitant to hire me because he said I was the same age as his daughter. Deepest sympathy to Murray's loved ones. He was a great guy and an outstanding lawyer. The strong team that left the US Atty's office and joined together in private practice was a powerhouse in its own way, and Murray was an "impact Player" on that team.
