Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Murray´s passing. My husband and I met Murray and Sherry before Murray was Commissioner. My husband passed in June 2025 and I understand the intense grief of losing your soulmate after 50+ years of marriage. Sherry, please accept my condolences for your devastating loss.

He was my late husband Lee Walczak´s closest friend. We thought of Murray often and will always remember his wit and kindness and huge smile. May his memory be a blessing.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Dearest Sherry Please know that you are in my heart during this most difficult time. Kay Laughton

Murray was one of a kind. Tough, but fair, and always erring on the side of integrity. Although I often sparred with him on employee issues, he respected my opinions and recommendations, even though some took more persuasion than others. Rest in peace, Mr. Levy.

My heart is in pieces. Murray was such a fantastic leader. His math skills were crazy good. Sherry I love you girl! Prayers to you and the family.

Great man for sure. He was the driving force behind establishing the career EMS service in Charles county. He had a great vision for the future and established a 5 year plan to grow the system. He did a great job and I personally thanked him for making such a strong and bold decision. We had some good conversations in the local Safeway about the county and the growth we were seeing. I really admired him. A great county commissioner.

I am absolutely heartbroken at the loss of my wonderful friend. He definitely lived a life of service and the world was a better place because he was in it. His memory will always be a blessing to those of who knew him

So saddened to hear of his passing. I learned alot from him in the years at Charles County Government. His guidance during the early years of the Career EMS in Charles County was invaluable. Rest in peace, sir.
