Murray Nixon Sr.

I am very sorry about the loss of Mr. Murray. He would come out when we went to his resturant to eat and check to see if his customers were ok. He will be dearly missed. Our prayers are with his family. Kathy and Andrew Brothers. ( Elizabeth City, N.C.)

I'm very sorry for your loss. Murray was a great and caring man. I remember when my granddaddy, Reynold Mosley, died in 1988. He personally brought ice and supplies up to the house...he didn't send someone to do it, he did it. I have always thought highly of him and again, am very sorry for the family and community's loss. May the Lord bless you with comfort and peace during this hard time. Your family has been and will continue to be lifted in prayer.

To The Nixon Family, I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Murray's passin. My heart goes out to all of you! He will be greatly missed! It wont be the same goin into the Nixons Restaurant now and not seein him goin round shakin everyones hand and sayin "How's you?" It was something you would expect at a certain time of the day while you are enjoyin a nice lunch or dinner. I have missed seein him in there in the past few weeks I have been there. I worked there briefly, and he was a pleasant man to work...
