It was a pleasure and an honor to know Buddy especially back in the days when he would visit Station 2 E.C.F.D. on Shaw. Even after his shift was over he would return and have dinner with us. Lynn and family you have a treasure chest of memories of Buddy that you will cherish forever. R.I.P. my friend. (We will have that cup of coffee once again)

I was Blessed to have such a Dear Friend named Buddy Semple. I was also Blessed to call Buddy my Partner on the softball field as we umpired 100's of Softball games together oh the stories. Buddy was a friend who I met many years ago. His parents and my parents were very close. We kind of grew apart after i joined the navy. But I will never forget him. He will be missed.

So sorry for your loss. My mom, Barb Prots, officiated for years with Buddy. They always looked out for each other and it was much appreciated. He never missed a chance to pass on a smile and I loved talking to him at VB meetings and banquets.
