Hi guys, I'm so sorry I couldn't be there for the funeral but Cutie told me it was very nice and that Mitch spoke eloquently about his Mother. I wish I could have seen more of Myra and all of yall. I remember spending time in Vicksburg with her and Donnie and Mike, Mitch, and Mac. We had some good times cutting up! I love those pictures in the gallery! (It seemed that almost every one of them was of Myra holding a baby!) :) Thankfully Myra is not suffering anymore.

My special condolences to the passing of Ms. Myra. Ms. Myra was a great lady, mother and friend. She always had a warm smile on her face and made me feel special.

She was my second mom beginning at WCJHS in the library and continuing thru senior year (1975) when I graduated. She and Mrs. Wright directed my wedding on June 4, 1977, which was the last time I saw her. She was a delight and loving and very tolerant of all her library kids. But, she kept us on the straight and narrow as much as possible. I was going to be a librarian because I loved books and her. Oh, I also worked at the bookstore on Clay Street (in the old Judy Creamcheese building...
