I was recalling the many life experiences I had with Myron Dunagan and just now remembered Mike Blanchat talking about him in the late 1990´s. Mike used the term Sage in the story. Didn´t know he was referring to Myron. I sought out a dictionary and found Sage is used as a term for a wise one - helpful due to experience. I later acknowledged to Mike that Sage was a fitting name for Myron given his vast expertise. Mike quickly corrected my notion as - after I left the shop (1980ish) Myron...

I just replied to an old Boeing work mate just now...he saw the obit today... Yes - Myron was special. A very friendly and humble spirit. He possessed Incredible skill and great teaching abilities (patience comes to mind). Also in the mix was his wry sense of humor that usually included a poignant social comment. Myron was a true friend he taught me so much during the 12 years we worked together he was easy going and patient considerate of others a master of his craft I wish we could of spent more time together ill really miss you my friend

Myron was a kind and patient mentor to me during my time at Blanchat Machine. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to the family.

My condolences to Myrons family. I worked with him for several years and remember him fondly as a kind and loving man. The world could use more like him for sure.
