I never met Mr. Higgins, but he must have been a great guy. Years ago, I knew Mark and Tim. Both really, really nice people. With much sympathy to the Higgins family.

All the memories I have of Mr. Higgins are at the National Guard Armory on Jefferson St. Mr. Higgins was always so kind to me and also like to "pick" on me. I was not one to back down much. So many laughs and fond memories. RIP Mr. Higgins. Thanks for the memories.
