Not sure what to say?

I was just cleaning out some old boxes of my kids and came across something special. My daughter wrote, "I want to be like my Dr. Stone and help people." He made a positive impact on all 4 of my kids. Dr. Stone always asked my kids why they were there to see him. And I loved all the articles on his cupboards. He told my kids they could phone him if they needed help and my teenage son did. He told my daughter she wasn't going to die like her friends told her she would if she fell down....

I don't know where to start when it was made to my attention about Dr Stone passing how I cried in his Dr office as I continue to take my grandkids. I have never met a greater friend, and a GREAT PEDIATRICIAN. My name is Sabrina born in Aug of 67 been told I was his first patient which Dr Stone himself told me. I remember when I was a Lil human and I was sick I would ask my mom can you take me to see Dr Stone so he could make it go away so I could feel better. Don't forget those animals...

For some reason I thought of Dr Stone tonight. So sorry to hear of his passing. He was a wonderful person that helped young parents navigate raising a family. We were lucky to have him as our doctor

Dr. Stone provided the best care for our 4 children. When my father. In law passed, he helped our daughter so much as the kids at school told her she was going to die. Our teen son had problems and Dr. Stone was there for him. I could give so many examples. He always talked to the kids asking what was wrong. I always remember all the articles on his cabinets. I didn´t have a mother or sister and he was always there for me. I adore him. I am sorry he passed so young. He talked about...

Sad to hear of his passing ...I was wondering why I never saw him at the print fair in San Antonio lately ....We both spent lots of time talking about the amazing prints he had especially of WPA era..I bought a print done by an imprisoned artist ..Lee had a heart for the marginalized figures in our country ..I didn't know him well, but I am sad..he was always smiling and exuberant in his conversations with me..I could tell he loved his prints and talking about them ..Great guy to talk to..we...

39 yrs old driving home from work today passing O´Conner and Dr. Stone randomly popped in my head so I decided to google him... I´m sadden to learning of his passing. Dr. Stone wasn´t just mine and my 3 brothers pediatrician, but my 3 nephews as well. Lee was very much a part of the Lemus family from 1969-2005. He remembered us all so well. He was such a gentle doctor with the best bedside manner, and his animal crackers were a huge plus... The Lemus family sends our deepest condolences. May...

Sorry, I forgot to say, Dr Stone was our pediatrician from 1981 until he retired.

Dr Stone was pediatrician to my 6 children. Without his help, I don´t know how I would have raised them. I always told him we were his favorite family. Lol. I´m so deeply sorry to read of his passing. Im also sorry, I´m just finding this out. He was an amazing man. My 6pak (Our 6 kids) send our deepest sympathies. Sincerely, Bob, Cindy, Ben, Jonathan, Katie, Jill, Danny, Joey Peterson.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
