Myron F. "Mike" Sullivan

Hello,
Thinking of all of you today. Sully worked with my dad ... the shared an office for as long as I can remember. He was family to us. I remembered going to his house on the lake. He was an outstanding teacher and educator. The students loved him. He will always have a place in my heart. He is truly missed. ❤

Surely he was in Heaven a half hour before the devil knew he was dead! There will be joy on St. Patrick's Day when he joins in the heavenly celebration. Our family shares many fond memories of this kind, generous,humorous man. May his soul rest in peace.

For Mike's Friends and Extended Family-
We would like to extend our sympathies to all of those who's lives were touched by Mikes friendship, interest and guidance. Though his visits to Boynton were not as frequent as we might have liked, Mike's personality made him a cherished member of our winter community. On one level we mourn his passing but on another we celebrate his life.
The Mike we knew was a teacher...not the factory produced variety but one who had the natural...

I hold wonderful memories of starting out visits with Aunt Joanne and Uncle Mike at the lake. I remember the cookouts, the varmint house, trolls and my first grasshopper at 14. Everytime I buy pancake mix, I think of the drive to "No Hope" farm. His voice,....his smile,...his helpful spirit. How thankful I am to be graced with positive influences and kind, humorous people in my life. May the road rise before him,,,

So sorry to hear about Uncle Mike. I'll always remember the varmit house. When I was a child, I always thought the name impled that the house contained varmits. In retrospect, it was we who were the varmits

Mike was a dear friend of my Aunt Norma's for many many years. He would always come with something from his garden, flowers or vegetables, and never without that smile. He took it very hard when Norma died last summer, and I think it took a toll on him. They were very close. I was so sorry to miss the services, I had two sick kids at home and couldn't get out. If a family member could just e-mail me sometime and let me know if he has a plot somewhere I could bring flowers or a donation could...

I worked with Mike for many years at Auburn/Cayuga Community College. He could always make you laugh. I have many fond memories of Mike

We had a great time at the lake with Uncle Mike, and he cooked us a wonderful dinner. I will miss him very much, but will always have the fond memories of our times together.

Prof. Sullivan was my physics instructor in 1974 - 1975 while I was in the engineering program at what was then known as Auburn Community College. During my time there and even after I had graduated I had known him personally and regarded him as a friend. I had even helped him out on some of his home projects on an old Pontiac convertible – where I installed a new top and when he was working on what he called his “No Hope” project on a property he purchased in New Hope.
