Not sure what to say?

Dr Bob will forever be in my heart and I miss him greatly!

I cannot tell you how much I miss my Dr Bob. I´ve got so many things to discuss with him, and then I remember. He´s not here. One of my funniest memories is when I was expecting my daughter Whitney´s imminent birth, which meant I was always in the restroom. The phone would ring and of course I couldn´t answer. My dear impatient friend had no compassion for an assistant he could not reach. His solution was simple, he had a phone installed in the restroom! . I had a really good laugh when...

he saved my life in 1978, i joined the US Navy and now I live in Honolulu Hawaii, I worked for Dr. Wilson and he worked for me... and i cared for everyone under his roof, and i still care for everyone i worked with and cared for... it was an amazing transition made possible by Dr. Wilson and his amazing staff and students. all his students, high school, college, masters, doctors...

I want to keep this guest book going for at least another year. I'd like to encourage all who knew him to write I. And contribute their thoughts and memories of him.
If you had the good fortune of knowing him its certain that he made a difference in your life As he did in so many others lives .and you miss him as much as I do still!!!

Bob its been a year now and not a day has gone by that I haven't thought about you. My memories of you are some of my fondest! You were such a unique and special human being a truly brilliant man I still laugh when I think of some of the hilarious things you would say I wish you were still with us but I know you are in heaven were you truly belong you are an angel .all I hope for is that I'll see you on the other side my dear friend I miss you so much!!

I arrived at WC as an intern in 1975, then worked as Bob's assistant for a year and he then 'made' me the Dir of Central Services - he was a great teacher, mentor and friend

Now cracks a noble heart. Good night, sweet Robert; And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest!

His unique closeness as one of his first adolescent patients has had an enduring effect on my life. I wish him peace and forgiveness. Ron Bowman
