Not sure what to say?

It is very sad that we no longer have Marcie at the YQ Building to keep us chuckling during our rides. What a wonderful lady. I wonder how many other souls she took along for that last ride when her elevator went all the way to the top? I'm sure that she had them all smiling and laughing when she took them on that Heavenly ride. She will be greatly missed by all. My thoughts and prayers go out to her entire family.

As an employee in the Young Quinlan Bldg. I can't tell you what a VOID we are experiencing. We love our elevator ladies, they are all great, but Marcy just had a special way of starting your day. My prayers are with your family

I always enjoyed Marcy's fantastic sense of humor. I worked in the YQ building the last three years and never once was around Marcy when she was not smiling or making a joke.

What a class lady!!! Marcy had a wonderful personality. She was always so full of fun, and she always looked great. I never got on her elevator when she didn't have something fun and sassy to say - especially to the guys. This place won't be the same without her. My thoughts go out to her family and friends as I know she'll be greatly missed.

Myrt was a special long-time family friend. I guess I've known her for 50 years, and from my life in Mpls., I will most remember the many visits she paid us in her perfectly coiffed hair, tanned skin, and A-line skirts--always a class act. She has always been a quietly supportive friend to my mom, Donna Mellberg. Most recently they enjoyed meals out together or bargain shopping at Value Village. Even as a child, I was aware of the pride Myrt and Bob had for their son, Rob: a visit to their...

Marcy, you are going to be so greatly missed. You were such fun to tease and be mercilessly teased by! Who will keep us in line here now without your rules? "No drinking or eating on the elevator, no leaning, etc." You were such a great lady. I'm sure you'll keep 'em laughing in heaven!

Mercy, Marcy! How I'll miss you. You truly lit up my days at the Young Quinlan buidling, especially when you'd shoo me out of the elevator just in case a 'good looking man' was waiting for your car.

The building will just not be the same.

Marcy was a charming lady with an outstanding sense of humor, a gracious smile, and a warm and positive demeanor. I have been one of her many very happy "customers" at Young Quinlan for 16 years, and I absolutely never took the automated elevator when Marcy was on duty. What a treat it has been for all these years to be greeted each day by such a delightful and gracious lady. And it has always been a challenge to match wits with her sharp intellect and good natured teasing. Marcy has touched...

I've worked in the building for about a month and only got to meet Marcy a couple of times. I thought she was a very pleasant lady and uplifting to be around. I enjoyed riding in her elevator. I'm sorry I didn't have the time to get to know her more.
