Not sure what to say?

Dearest Myrtle,
As children we are blessed with so many great memories of our lives, I want to thank you and ray both for giving me so many of those memories. The greatest times I can remember thinking back on my childhood were spent at your farm. I loved that house, You and Ray with all my heart. The hours and hours I spent in your attic playing dress up, the christmas parties, and the parties in the barn! WOW, You all really knew how to throw a party!
I know you are up in...

Myrtle,
Thank you for being a great friend, a very dear, great card playing friend at Rosewood. I was very sad when I called to see if you were sick because I hadn't heard from you. Please be happy in heaven with God. You will always be with me. My prayers will be with you always.

With All My Love,
Your Roeswood Card Playing Friend,
Luella Shiffer

My deepest love and sympathy to all of Myrtle's loved ones. She will be greatly missed!

With heavy hearts we mourn the passing of Myrtle. We lived next door to Ray and Myrtle for 21 years before we retired to Sun City West, AZ 10 years ago. We were able to keep in touch and looked forward to Myrtle's letters. How fortunate we were to be neighbor's with Ray and Myrtle. God bless you, Myrtle!

We had a BIG laugh when I went to pick-up the Santa Claus doll; to take a picture under the Christmas tree, and HIS pants fell off!!! We all laughed together, and Myrtle had tears of laughter in her eyes! The whole group took a photo together under the Christmas tree...it seemed to calm her, and brighten her Christmas.(and yes we...
