I was member of the Allegany High School class of 1946.My favoriate memory of Tommy was the day I beat him in the 100 yard dash. Spikes were hard to come by at that time so at graduation I gave him mine. From then on he went on to fame and fortune and left me in the dust.

Tom and I played together on the great Allegany High School football teams of the 40's. We were in the same game when he broke his leg. Tom was a great team player and a wonderful person.
