My condolences to the Carroll family on the passing of Nadine. She was but a baby when we were neighbors however Nadine grew to have many of the same interests as an adult-public health, youth development programs, peace, Bayonne, justice and equality and of course the Beatles and Grateful Dead. A loss to all. Rest in Peace Nadine.
