Nancy Bay

BAY, Nancy (Stahl) - Of Atlanta, Michigan, age 69, passed away Friday, February 6, 2009 following a courageous battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held 11AM Saturday, February 28, 2009 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Chris Rasper officiating. Cremation has taken place. Visitation 10AM until the time of the service at the funeral home. Nancy was born on July 23, 1939 and grew up in Millington, Michigan. She married James B. Bay who preceded her in death in October of 1992. Nancy was employed by Kettering University for several years before retiring and moving to Northern Michigan and residing at Canada Creek Ranch. Surviving are children, Lynn Ward of Brownstown, MI, Michael Stahl of Johnson City, TN and Joanna Craik of Boynton Beach, FL. Also to cherish her memory are grandchildren, Kyle Ward, Gabriel Harbaugh, Sara Stahl; sister, Wilma Routhier and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hilton and Magdalena Miller.
