Owens and Brumley Funeral Home - Wichita Falls Obituary

Nancy Kiel Beaver, 65, of Wichita Falls passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2022 at Faith Village Church of Christ with Mr. Jacob Hawk officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls.

Nancy was born on September 13, 1956 in Wichita Falls to the late James Paul and Josephine (Wood) Kiel.  Nancy was a Godly woman, serving Faith Village Church of Christ as secretary for 23 years.  She was always smiling and sharing scripture any opportunity she had.  She truly loved cycling and time at the lake with family and friends.  Nancy’s greatest joy was her grandkids.  They baked, styled hair, made chocolate popsicles, prayed, read books, and sang many sweet songs together.

Nancy is survived by husband, Ted of Lakeside City; daughter, Laura Allison Robinson and husband Klase; son, Nathan Ross Beaver and wife Aganetha; eight grandchildren; and brother, James Paul Kiel, Jr and wife Patty.

The family suggests that memorial donations be made in Nancy’s name to the Faith Village Church of Christ Evangelism Ministry, 4100 McNeil Ave, Wichita Falls, Texas 76308.

Condolences may be sent to the family at www.owensandbrumley.com

Not sure what to say?

She will be missed by all at FVCC

Jim and I are so saddened to hear of Nancy's passing, but we rejoice knowing where she is now...safe in the arms of Jesus. She was a true testament to what a Godly woman should be. We know that her family will miss her greatly and that her absence will be felt for many years to come. We are praying for God to comfort her family.

Nancy was a very special part of our time at Faith Village. Always the model of Christianity. We grieve with you and yours

I’m heartbroken to learn that Nancy passed away. She worked with my grandmother as a secretary for years, and I was lucky to grow up around such a kind and gentle person. My prayers are with Ted and the family.

She was dependable, caring and thoughtful. A humble person Nancy was always there. Whether she was teaching a class or working the concession stands for the schools, Nancy was always there. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Most importantly she was a Christian. She was involved as in many programs as the church provided. A wonderful person she will surely be missed.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

It was probably Jr. High, when Nancy included me in an invitation to her house for a party. Everyone invited, me included, learned after the party, that it was her birthday. It was a lesson in selflessness I have told others about repeatedly and certainly a living example of a Godly heart throughout my life.
I wish I had known Nancy was in town, and would have shared that with her.
May God comfort her family while they are parted, and increase their faith in God's promise of His...

Ted, Tom and I are so sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved wife. Our prayers are with you during this difficult time. Tom and Janie Pilkinton Petrolia, TX

My heart is breaking...May God comfort you, Ted, Laura, Nathan, and family during this time of pain and loss. Nancy was a great lady and a blessing to anyone who knew her.
