Nancy S. Bergeson

Nancy Bergeson was a rare gift. She was a constant reminder of the well-lived life. She was ferocious and kind, confident and humble, relentless and patient, profane and eloquent, sophisticated and fresh, hard working and fun loving, audacious and gracious. It is no wonder so many of us whose lives she intersected were amazed and inspired. I miss her every day and can’t imagine a day that I won’t.

Nancy was my favorite person. She was my favorite person to spend time with, talk with, ski with and listen to as she hit the snow loudly because she insisted on snowboarding, and watch in court. She consistently made me laugh and feel good about life. Her zealousness towards life was wonderful and infectious. Her advocacy for our clients was unparalleled. She was so inspiring to watch in court. One of my favorite things about Nancy was her modesty about everything, something sorely...

My fondest memories of Nancy were those opportunites to team up with this amazing attorney in order to fight for our clients for a just result. She was relentless in that pursuit and I will miss her passion.

My deepest sympathies to the Bergeson family. She will never be forgotten.
