Co-owner of Ace CleaningLYNN-Nancy E. (Milliken) Bourbeau, 50, of Lynn, died peacefully at her home on Monday, January 14, 2008, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of Alan Bourbeau, with whom she shared 30 years of marriage.Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Elliott and Margaret (Cahill) Milliken, and the step daughter of Barbara Milliken of Lynn.Prior to her illness, Nancy was a bus monitor for No. Reading Transporattion, and was co-owner of Ace Cleaning. She previously had worked for the Louise Caroline Nursing Home as a CAN, and at Empire Laundry, as well as Union Hospital in Environmental Services. Nancy attended Holy Family Church, and was the president of the Women's Auxiliary at the VFW Post 507. She enjoyed her hobby of knitting.In addition to her husband and step mother, Nancy is survived by her children, Rose Bourbeau, Ryan Bourbeau, and Mark Milliken who was like a son to her, all of Lynn; her siblings Donna Singelais of Lynn, Mark Milliken of Goldsboro, NC, Carol Milliken and Laura Milliken, both of Lynn; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, and a great niece Autumn.Service Information: Funeral from the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington Street, Lynn, Friday at 8 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in Holy Family Church, Bessom Street, Lynn at 9. Burial will take place in New Hampshire in the Spring. Visitation Thursday 4-8 p.m.
