Not sure what to say?

dear Budd family, I am so very sorry to hear about Nancy - I first met her, Mary, when she and your dad brought you to WNS for your interview.... my name at the time was Anne Duncan, do you remember? and then I had the pleasure of working with both your parents on the WMS board.... closely with your mom on the search committee.... such a beautiful, lovely, wise woman with her gorgeous scarves and calyx perfume and gracious ways. I will always remember her with great fondness..... we have...

Our family was so stunned and saddened to hear of the loss of your mother. She truly was an extraordinary woman. We will all remember her for her grace and dignity, especially after the loss of our Andrew.

The Martinelli Family

Dear Budd Family:

I was privileged to know Bill for almost 30 years and to have met Nancy only about 10 years ago.

Their all to premature departure has left me with a deep sense of loss. Their marriage was something to behold. I have to believe that since Bill was never very far from Nancy, that her passing means that they are once again reunited.

I loved them both and send to all of you heart felt sympathy on your great loss.

The Budd family will always be in my...

Mary, Bill, David and Emily,
Mom was a loyal and trusted friend, both a personal and professional mentor and a role model extraordinaire. She was my constructive, but firm critic and my most enthusiatic cheerleader. She was there beside me during bad times and to laugh and rejoice with me during the good times. How I will miss her birthday phone calls--without fail, every year!
How I will miss her strength and guidance!
May she rest in peace, after a job well done.
With love to all...

Dear Mary, Billy, David and Emily, All of us were so very saddened to hear of your mom's passing. She was so wonderful to our family, always remembering birthdays and sending a Christmas ornament or treat. She had a great spririt and a great laugh and gave off great sunshine whenever she was around you. It was truly a pleasure to have known her.
Sincerely, Georganne Reece Palffy

Nancy Budd was a deeply respected Trustee of the White Mountain School in Bethlehem, NH. The School extends its sincerest condolences to her family, but especially to David '86. We will be forever grateful for her service.

I am saddened and somewhat shocked to hear of Nancy Budd's passing.
It was just two weeks ago that she ventured into Newbury St. to have me cut her hair. Although I could see her weakened state, she never lost her zest for life, and she maintained her beautiful radiant smile that I will never forget. A great loss.
Mary, when I last saw your mother I asked her to remind you to send a Christmas card of the triplets and dog to the salon.
God bless

Dear Bruce, Am saddened to read of Nancy's death. From the obituary it certainly seems she was a gift to our earth and our times and a source of great love for her family. Fondly, Doe Hauser Stowell
