Not sure what to say?

I have very fond memories of Nancy through her son and my old schoolmate John. Fashionable, clever, supportive of her family. That's how I remember the indomitable Nancy Chittick. My deep condolences to her family and friends.

Dear John, Peter and Katherine, your parents were very good friends of my parents, Christina and Sandy Smith. Your mom and dad held a wedding shower for me at their house where I met Peter and Katherine. I would meet your dad at the snack bar at the Granite Club every week before he played bridge. Such a wonderful couple. Thinking of all of you.

Sincere sympathy to the family of Nancy ! We so enjoyed being next door neighbours on Stratheden for many years ! Pat & Bob Campbell

Dear John, Peter, Kate and families, Sincere condolences for your loss. Nancy was an extraordinary human and we were privileged to have known her for so many years since our days living next door on Stratheden. The beginning of an enduring friendship with Martha. Nan was always well-read, interesting and interested. Her positive attitude in recent years was truly remarkable. Together, your parents set a wonderful example of how to live well; years filled with great achievements and exciting...

I have very fond memories of all the Chittick family from our days at Baby Point . I remember driving Mrs Chitticks car up and down their driveway (with John George and Duncan - and without permission! Mr and Mrs Chittick introduced me to cottage life on Stoney Lake and I learned to waterski behind their boat. With the obituary today I know life will never be the same for the Chittick family but she had a wonderful life and she was a wonderful lady. My condolences to you all -especially...

Dear John, Peter & Kath: our sincere heartfelt condolence on your Mums passing. The Campbell & Chittick families enjoyed many years living in Baby Point. I believe there were many ice hockey games in the backyard and football games on the street. As young kids, I remember playing on L'Estrange and during the school year Kath & I running home for lunch to enjoy your Mums famous Tomato sandwiches. The ties that bind never seem to unravel even though, the years pass. It was wonderful Kath...

Nancy and my mother, Lenore Woods, truly bonded as newlyweds in Barrie in the forties. It was a friendship which lasted a lifetime and our families reaped the benefits. Whether cottage time, trips together or family functions, they effortlessly renewed their relationship and were successful at maintaining their connection over many decades. The Woods family extends its heartfelt condolences to Nancy´s clan. We remember her with great fondness and know that she leaves a wonderful legacy of...
