Not sure what to say?

I lived next door to Nancy and her family for most of.my life. She often invited me over to swim in her pool and was always extremely kind and cheerful. I would peek in between the fence slats and say hi to her and later in high school she gave me rides to school. Her smile was infectious and she was a wonderful person. My condolences to her family.

I remember Nancy Coleman fondly from my 10 years at PHS. She and I had a laugh almost every morning, after listening to KGWs Stump the Jock trivia question on our way in. She was a special caring part of the PHS team. Condolences to her family.

Feb. 4, 2000 with PHS friends

Nancy and I worked together at Parkrose High School, starting in 1979. She was funny, courageous, and caring. She was helpful to students and staff. I remember that in the pre-computer years, she typed each report card for 60 alternative school students every four or six weeks. We had good fun together and she became like a mother to me, with the result that every card or call, she was "mom." I, like so many others, will miss her. Sending sympathy and understanding to her family and...

It's been a long time since my stint as a young English teacher at Parkrose High School (from 1973-1982),, but one of my fondest memories of those years is of Nancy being such a sparkplug in the hallways of the school. She was tough and fair and funny, and she really cared about those kids, even the hard-to-deal-with students in our alternative program. Her sense of humor and justice was a bright light at the school. My sympathies to her family.

I remember Nancy from her early childhood, she and my sister have been life long friends, she will be missed.
My condolences to her family.
