What a shock. The picture with the smile on her face was a permanent smile. Never saw her she wasn’t smiling . Nancy was a dear friend , a true hard,, working club woman for the Frederick Woman’s Civic Club snd will certainly be missed by many . My condolences to her dear husband and family.
