Nancy Claire Diekmann

I am so sorry to hear this news. Nancy was a person everyone loved. She and I were best friends in college and Delta Gamma sisters. After graduation Nancy, Jane Miller, and I traveled Europe having a ball. We were also in each other´s wedding. What a great friend that I will always treasure and remember her smile. Prayers and love to her family.

My condolences to the family. She was the best English teacher and inspired my studies in English-including my Masters Degree. I will always remember her fondly and be thankful I was able to be taught by her.

I am heartbroken and devastated at hearing of her passing. She was my teacher for 3 years of my high school experience. Scott, Matt & family... I just saw Mom´s notice in the paper. I was saddened to read this. It was an honor to count this family as friends for over 40 yrs since Elkhorn days!!! She certainly left her legacy as a wife, mom, grandmother, excellent teacher & huge Husker fan!!! My thoughts & prayers are with you all.. She touched many lives in a huge way!!! Our sons went to Platteview HS and were fortunate to have Nancy Diekmann as a teacher. She really cared about the students and made a real difference in their lives. I have also seen her outside of school occasionally and she was always a kind, gentle spirit. She will be missed. Our condolences to her family. Jay and Michelle Macrander

I am a neighbor of Nancy´s .. I loved getting to know her through bunco & our Springfield teacher´s golf league. She was the kindest, sweetest person & huge Nebraska sports fan ! We will truly miss her ..
