Nancy Dowdy

I remember working with Chuck Dowdy during the summers for the Mott Foundation in Flint. I recall that his father was an exectutive with the Foundation. I believe that Chuck's grandfather was a postman in Flint during the Depression. The grandfather is mentioned a number of times in a book published in 1979 about the Stock Market Crash titled "The Day the Bubble Burst." I assume that this is the same Dowdy family that I knew. When I was a little girl back in the late 50s we attended Mayfair Bible Church. I remember Mrs. Dowdy from those days. She was loved very much by her church family. I am so sorry for your loss. She is with her beloved Lord and dear sweet husband Homer.
