Not sure what to say?

Dear Tom and Family,
I just learned about Nancy's passing. I had sent her an email several months ago, and realizing I hadn't received a reply (very unusual), so I looked up the obituary.

I was saddened to find her obituary but heartened to read about the wonderful things she had been doing since I last saw her. My heart goes out to her husband Tom and all those who will miss her dearly on a daily basis. I'm sure she...
