My Aunt Nancy's house was one of my favorite places to be when we visited Tiffin. There was always love there with Juli and Scott, Her smile always infectious and her laugh, which I can still hear when I think of her, came easy and often. Her tender love of animals of all kinds was a bug I caught, alongside Juli. When I saw her last in July 2024, I was taken by how cheer and joy came through, even as her words were few. Her essence was all kindness.

Nancy was my school friend .We had a small posse consisting of Betty Bacon, Marilyn Krause, Barb Crabil, Nancy Orwig and myself Barb Lydey. We did everything together. Nancy could always get her parent's car so we were mobile... we would go to Big Boy in Fremont and Nancy knew how to rig the speedometer so her parents woudn't know we went out of town. We had so much fun together. Nancy's Dad asked us to work at a Lion's Club dinner one evening , but he never asked us again (we were having...
