Nancy Scott Finnigan

Nancy was a volunteer for the library at Hanford High School for many years . Sh always came faithfully and would help wherever needed. She always had a pleasant smile and warm co dieting manner. Thanks for all those years if service. Nancy Graf

I met Nancy when I would visit the Richland Friends of the library book room in the early 2000's. At that time it was a very small room upstairs but I would spend at least an hour there every week looking at every book. At one point she said that if I was going to spend that much time there every week that I should volunteer, so I did. I started volunteering there in 2004, and also would help her set up the twice yearly book sales. I kept in touch with her over the years and last saw her...

Mrs. Finnigan was the best. I spent a lot of time in the Finnigan home in my youth and Mrs. Finnigan was always great to talk to and be around. She was always so nice and I admired her greatly. My condolences to the family. Mrs. Finnigan was awesome.

The "mommy-ist of moms!" I recall how welcoming she was, her laughter and big smile. No words can describe how difficult it is to lose your mother, but know, a mother's love never dies. Godspeed Mrs. Finnigan and God Bless your family.
