Not sure what to say?

Byron, we lost touch as the years went by and your career took you new places, but both Roger and I thought Nancy was such a lovely person - beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed our time with her. We are so sorry for your loss and sorry we are so late in learning of her passing. We extend our condolences to all of her family.

I just heard the news about Nancy's passing. I had no idea of her illness, so it was a shock to me to learn of her transition. A wonderful woman. To Byron and his family, my heartfelt condolences.

I met Nancy when I started working at Carnegie-Mellon University. Nancy graciously welcomed me, the newcomer. Her warmth and kindness remain my beautiful memories. I also was present the evening she met Byron. In fact, I'd like to think I had a hand in their introduction. What I do remember clearly, however, is Byron's inquiring as to the identity of this lovely person and, as they say, the rest is history. I'm smiling as I recall their first meeting.

Sending love and prayers to your family. We met Byron and Nancy in Pittsburgh, attended church together and received so much love over the years. Robin babysat our children and Nancy and Byron provided friendship, advise and an example of love over the years. Nancy will be missed and we send love to the family and friends. Rita Coburn

Dear Byron, I offer my heartfelt Condolences on the passing of your dear Nancy. She was a beautiful person inside and out, an extraordinary woman and friend, and a gift to all of us who knew her. May God bless you and your family and watch over you during this most difficult time. I pray that your Faith will give you strength and comfort.

Every time Nancy walked into a room, her smile lit up the entire place. She was elegant, poised, and a charming lady. Even as she dealt with her illness, her faith never wavered. Nancy, your memory lives on through your children, family, and friends. We consider ourselves honored to be one of your many friends. Craig and Patricia Chindemi

Eternal rest grant unto your servant, Nancy, O God, and may Your perpetual light shine upon her forever. May God´s peace be with the Foster family at this difficult time, and may the prayers and support of family and friends sustain them.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
