Nan Gaston was one of the coolest people I've ever known. She did so many special things in life and raised a balanced family at the same time. I could always count on a big hello from her whenever I saw her at the BUMC, even if she hadn't seen me in a couple of years. She was honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. Her life is one to be celebrated. May the family take comfort in knowing they had a wonderful mother for a very long time.

Aunt Nanc,
I will miss the weekly phone calls, the stories with all the accurate dates and names from the past. Now no one will sing Happy Birthday to me over the phone. Loved your visits and want to thank you and your family for all the support to the sister,s from PA.
Glad you are at peace. your niece, Peg.

With sympathy and love to you all on your loss. She contributed so much in her time on Earth. You are in our thoughts and prayers. If you need anything, just let us know. Love, Nancy & Mike Ackley
