Not sure what to say?

I remember Nancy from my University days in Utah! Our Sorority affiliation and memories are special. I too was in Dance and studied German as a language, being a relative of Germans and a traveler! I miss our bubbly and enthusiastic Nancy! she was a light in our lives. To find her here in Camarillo with me, as the Navy wife and Mother and be a part of the Alumnae group was special to me.

Here's missing you after four years, and your bubbly enthusiasm for life and Theta! You left a loving legacy and a mark on this planet! Always, love In Theta from a Theta !

I found out about Nancy's passing this week from the Theta Alumni magazine. Nancy was such a bundle of energy and radiated such a positive beam to everyone around her. She worked tirelessly at everything she did at school and in the sorority. Nancy is someone who will be sorely missed by all she touched. My deepest condolences to her family.

Today I received the current Kappa Alpha Theta magazine. I stumbled upon her name under our Delta Lambda Fraternity, not realizing it was the "Memoriam" page! What a shock! I did not even know! We were Delta Lambda, Utah at the same time. So much had happened in her life, when I talked to her last, a few years ago.
She was a remarkable woman and loved her two children. She was instrumental in starting our local Alumnae chapter here, in Ventura County.
Nancy, I wish you peace, and...

My heart goes out to Whitney and William, Nancy's two true reasons for living. May you both take with you the strong convictions of your doting mother and lead successful, happy lives.

Nancy was a wonderful teacher to my son at Buena High. She always encouraged him in his efforts at school and was always positive in his activties related to Sea Cadets. She even came to his promotion ceremony when he became Chief Petty Officer. My son always spoke very highly of her. She will be missed.

Nancy is my oldest friend in the world, 50 years, actually. We met in the sixth grade in Germany and with a few interruptions, kept in touch over all these years. I will miss her dearly, she is and will always be genuinely unique. Her zest for life is unmatched, her smile is golden. To Whitney and William and Steve, my deepest sympathy. Nancy loved you all deeply. Please let me know if there is anything at all I can do to help you in this time of sadness.
