Nancy Halsey Shafer

Nancy Halsey Shafer, 93, died at home on Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021, following a brief illness. Born in April 1928 in Brooklyn, N.Y. to Elliott Rollins and Helen McKeever Halsey, she moved to the Wyoming Valley in 1952 when she married Dr. Edward A. Shafer.
