Not sure what to say?

May you rest in peace, sweet Nancy. You were always kind and hospitable. Jake, and Jay are long gone. Your neighbors Bill and Betty Hudson have joined you in the afterlife, where I know you are having a blast. Thank you for making my life a bit happier. Love, Bill

i was fortunate enough to know nancy, jake and jay back in the mid-1970's, and to attend a few of their fabulous parties. nancy taught me to appreciate martinis, how to laugh at myself, and i always appreciated her advise. heaven's a more festive place these days!

I was so sorry to hear of her Passing. Mrs Hamon was so good to me when I visited from Australia in 2001 to learn more about her mother, because we share the same name. She showed me photos of her mother, told stories and gave me a trinket box with her initials on, and I still treasure it. I had hoped to see her again sometime.

Nancy was my grandmothers sisters daughter! She was always fun and ready to talk and boy could she talk. I would love to help preserve some of the old family pictures if there are extras. She is the end of a true family legacy. Rest with Jay and Jake Nancy. Love, Marcy Downey-San Antonio

Mrs. Hamon truly lived by her heart. Her generosity has enabled countless people to receive quality healthcare in the North Texas area. My prayers are with her family.

She was often running late for a date because she could not find her detachable finger Jake had made for her by the guy who made the ET. I told her I was going to put a chip in it so she could press a button to locate it. She loved knuckle to knuckle diamonds as well as shopping at cisco.she was equally generous and tight. You...

As a former Deputy Director of the Dallas Museum of Art, (1989 - 1992). and the director emerita of the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco (1993 - 2008), I can attest to Nancy Hamon's generosity to the arts. We were all blessed by her many contributions to our buildings, our education and acquisition programs, and to our parties. I feel honored to have known her. Emily Sano
