Nancy M. Hanson

Nancy M. Hanson, 89, of West Windsor, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Elms of Cranbury. Born in Providence, RI, she had spent most of her life in the Hightstown area before moving to South Carolina for 13 years and then returned to the area in 2006. She enjoyed golfing, cooking and caring for her children and grandchildren; she will be deeply missed.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Albert J. Hanson, she is survived by two daughters: Beverly Petersen, Barbara Serinese and her husband Vincent, her son and his wife: Brett and Carol Hanson, seven grandchildren: Neil Petersen Jr. and his wife Lacey, Keven Petersen and his wife Megan, Kaitlin Petersen, Timothy Serinese and his wife Lisa, Talia Sapp and her husband Jared, Brian and Kerri Hanson and six great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 11:30 am, Saturday, November 19 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St, Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow in East Windsor Cemetery. Friends and family may call Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Nancy's honor to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105 and/or the United Way of Greater Mercer County, PO Box 6193, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
