Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry for the family's loss of Nan. I spent happy times with the Jessome family when I was in school with Kathy. After all these years, Nan and Jerry are still a special memory.

If I could have picked my own mother ......I would have picked my mom

no words can express my feelings for her,
she will never be replaced or forgotten
and will be missed forever.

I will think of her every day of my life.

I can't imagine loving anyone more than her or my father,
they will forever be my heroes.

She taught me what love means
and so much more.

God rest her soul.

Mrs. Herman was such a very kind and sweet lady. She was always bright and cheerful, and seemed genuinely happy to see us whenever our families (the Sees, Hermans, and Cambells) would get together- which was quite an amazing thing considering one gathering would have at least 22 people, and many of them were under 10 yrs old.

It was a sad day when I got the call that Aunt Nan had passed away. Mom relayed stories she never shared before about her loving sister.
I remember the fun times the Herman cousins and Campbell cousins had together growing up. It was the Jessome family way of being close. Distance may keep us apart today, but the memories live on! I wonder if they throw cookies on the highways in heaven?

Her smile and her laughter are what I miss the most. But I know that the space in my heart that she left is full of the love she had for me and for all the Campbell kids. I love you, Aunt Nan.

I was blessed to have such a beautiful loving Mother. She gave me my earliest momories and confidence to grow up. I miss her already.

I was saddened to read of the death of Nan. I spent many days in the Jessome home as Kathy's childhood friend . All the sisters became my big sister and the loss of one is sad for us all.
Such wonderful childhood memories.

Sending love to all......

I will forever cherish the memories of our beautiful Aunt Nan. How blessed am I to have known such a wonderful, special lady.

Big sister Nan was a role model for her little sister. I watched how she put on her makeup, how she walked in high heels, how she rode the bus to work in L.A., loved to shop at Del Amo, how she drove her 1955 Ford that she named "Thunderbolt the Wonder Colt" (which I later learned to drive). She taught me how to make an omelette and tell a joke (Senorita, what you do!) She had extraordinarily beautiful fingernails which she polished and I borrowed her nail polish.

She and I...
