Nancy Hill Obituary

Mrs. Nancy Beaver Aiken Hill, 70 of 205 Camelot Dr. Statesville, died Tuesday at Iredell Memorial Hospital. She was born in Iredell County on September 23, 1934 and was formerly employed at Cannon Motors. She was twice married, first to Avery Aiken, who preceded her in death, secondly to Gilbert Hill. Also surviving are 1 son Dennis Aiken of Statesville, 3 daughters; Barbara Walsh of Hickory, Mary Shelton of Raleigh and Tammy Hall of Daytona Beach, Fla. and 1 brother, Terry Beaver of Asheboro. 7 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Hill was a member of Landmark Church of God where services are scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Kenneth Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Iredell Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday evening for 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home.

MawMaw truly embraced all that it means to be a mother and a grandmother. She was truly an amazing woman. She will be missed by all that came into contact with her. We love and miss you MawMaw.

She was the best grandma ever, and touched the lives of so many people, and was loved deeply by her family, and friends. She provided her family with so many wonderful memories!

She will be deeply missed,and forever in our hearts!
