Dear Hjerpe Family: I just found out of the death of Nancy. I am so sorry for your loss. It is truly a great loss and she will be greatly missed. My mom (Janet Yeo Barr) was Nancy's roommate in college at Framingham State College. I remember growing up and coming to your house to get together. I always remember Nancy's great closets full of the greatest fabric and sewing supplies. I just thought that was so neat. Nancy was a great friend to my mom all through her life until her...

To Ed Hjerpe III & Family:
I am sorry I could not make your mother's wake and funeral. Please I accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your mother. She certainly did raise a wise, hard-working and thoughtful son. She must have been a wonderful mother. Pretty soon we will be that "oldest generation". That isn't so easy to face up to. I believe your mother is resting peacefully, beyond pain and suffering, in the hands of the Lord. God bless her and may He care for you and your...

Ed I just learned of your moms passing the other day. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Even as children, our parents found plenty of manual labor for us all to do as we turned that land into a family oasis. Setting expectations and demanding results are lessons that we all learned growing up together. What I clearly...

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time, I knew your Mom, because I worked for a service that use to clean house for her in Northborough. She was always so friendly to us, and always made us feel welcome.

Dear Ed, and all of your family.
Learning of Nancy's passing finds me with great sadness foryourloss.
Elaine and I had great fondness for her; a lady of loveliness and sharing.I always likened Nancy and Elaine to one another; now, even moreso in their final destinies.
My words of condolence can do little to diminish your sorrows at this time. However, in haunting days ahead you may find it comforting by frequently dwelling on God's wisdom in calling her 'now'; to await her family...

Dear family - your mom was so kind to my brothers and I and took us into your home while my own mother was ill. We were young then and I will always remember what a beautiful and remarkable mom she was. God bless.
